Most scans work from Instagram's official data export ZIP or username-only lookups. We never ask for direct passwords.
Data Retention & Encryption
Uploaded files are encrypted in transit and at rest. By default, we delete uploaded data after 7 days — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Note: Using official Instagram OAuth for continuous tracking requires explicit permission and can be revoked anytime.

Do you need my Instagram password?
No. Most users can scan using Instagram's data export ZIP or a username-only lookup. OAuth connect is optional and uses official Instagram permissions.
Is this allowed by Instagram?
We rely on user-provided data exports or official OAuth flows. We advise users to follow Instagram's terms — our tools analyze data you provide or grant access to.
How accurate are unfollower lists?
When using Instagram data exports, accuracy is high. Username-only scans use public data and may be limited by Instagram's visibility settings.
How long do you keep my data?
By default uploaded data is deleted after 7 days. You can request immediate deletion via our Privacy page.
